Meditation Can Improve Your Heart And Overall Health

Meditation is a method of calming the mind and reaching a state of awareness that is unlike your waking state. It’s a way to tap into your unconscious mind.  It is an ancient practice that has been trending in recent years.
Studies over the past two decades show that this practice can help reduce your risk of heart disease.  This is why more people are now adding it to their lifestyle.
Heart Of Meditation
Meditation involves sitting quietly with your eyes closed and focusing on your breathing or a mental picture. It could also involve repeating a single word or phrase called a “mantra”. The goal is to keep your mind focused on the present moment and away from stressful or other thoughts. As your mind, calms down, so does your body.

Directions:  Take a seat

There are many ways to meditate, but here is a simple routine to get you started:

  • Sit on the floor or on a chair and close your eyes.  Breathe slowly.
  • Relax your muscles, start with your feet, legs, and thighs.
  • Roll your shoulders back slightly, and tilt your head to the left and then right.
  • Say the word “peace”, a phrase that calms you- or count 1-3 while slowly inhale a breathe on one, then slowly exhale… 2 slowly inhale and exhale. Repeat up 5 times.
  • Repeat the patten up to 15-20 minutes while using a timer.
  • If your thoughts wander (and they will), go back to repeating the pattern.

Part 2: Excerpts From “The Science of Creating Wealth With Bob Proctor

” When riches begin to come, they come so quickly in such great abundance that one wonders where they have been hiding during all those lean years.”  ~Napolean Hill

The amount of money you earn will always be in exact ratio to … what you do.

  1. The NEED for what you do.
  2. Your ABILITY to do it.
  3. The DIFFICULTY there will be in REPLACING YOU.

~Focus your ATTENTION on your ABILITY to do it.

~Become A Master at whatever you do!

“Most people think they want more money than they really do, and they settle for a lot less than they could have.”  ~Earl Nightingale

M1 = TIME FOR MONEY   (96% of people use this strategy)

M2 = MONEY INVEST/PRODUCES MORE MONEY (3% of people use this strategy)

M3 = MSI(Multiple Source Of Income) FOR TIME  (1% of people use this strategy)

MSI is the strategy (YOU) will want to use as well…

“Contrary to popular belief, very few people think, Mental activity does not constitute thinking. To begin earning a substantial amount of money, you must begin thinking and you must begin thinking in a certain way.  DO NOT LET THE OUTSIDE elements to control your thinking… Think from abundance, that’s where you start, that’s where you find energy.  Build a picture of what you want.”

“Don’t let the results control your thinking, create the results that you want.”

Thoughts flow into your minds, pick your thoughts cautiously.

~Always leave the other person with… “The Impression Of Increase.”

Encourage them in this way…

Ex: I can see you doing this or that… or I can see you manifesting….

“Money is an instrument that enables you to extend the good you do…far beyond your physical presence.”

“The Paradigm will try to keep you stuck and shackled to your current circumstances . In order to make significant change and progress you have to make a committed decision, followed by action and – and the reward will be living the life you’re previously only dreamed about.” ~Bob Proctor

“Strange and marvelous things will begin to happen with constant regularity when you make these ideas a part of your way of thinking, a part of your way of life.” ~Earl Nightingale

Secret #1 – The Law of Compensation

Secret #2 – Thinking in a Certain Way

Secret #3 – Impression of Income

You must think in a certain way… we become what we think about.

The conscious mind is the Intellectual mind and the Sub-conscious is the emotional mind.  We use our five senses in our conscious mind, this is where an idea is impress to the mind.  In our sub-conscious “perception, will, memory, imagination, reason and intuition dwells.”  “Will “gives us our ability to focus and is very important.

” The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant.  We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.”

~ Albert Einstein, 1879-1955

People in most cases allow PARADIGM to control their minds. “THEIR paradigm is in charge of the thoughts.  This is the reason why people are STUCK.”  They say “What the heck is happening?”  Because they continue to the same patterns and produce the same results.

What is a paradigm?  “…is a mental program that has almost exclusive control over your habitual behavior… AND almost all of our behavior is habitual.

“School gave us valuable knowledge however SCHOOL never taught us how to alter our old PARADIGMS.  Therefore we frequently do not do what we Already Know how to do!”

“We have SUPERIOR KNOWLEDGE but we have INFERIOR RESULTS.  WHY? This causes Confusion and Frustration.”

It is not the knowledge that controls the results, it’s the PARADIGM that controls the results.  To change our results, we must change our PARADIGM’S.

The Holistic Approach To Deal With Death Of A Love One.

A CANDLE FOR MOTHERIMG_2845“Sadly enough, the most painful goodbyes are the ones that are left unsaid and never explained.”  ~ Jonathan  Harnisch, Author

June 12th, 2018 on this day my birth mother passed away… Having received a text message informing me of her passing sent my entire being into a frenzy. It was a message no one wants to receive in regards to your loved one.

Time seems to stop right there and then… how does anyone respond to such a text message?  All senses in my body went into “naturism mode” telling myself to be mature…damn it, you just have to be strong!

Then it couldn’t be helped, but tears just started to roll down my cheeks. Gushing teardrops, unknowing that so much liquid was stored in my body and having the luxury of a box with sheets of tissue at hand ultimately made a difference.

The holistic approach to deal with the death of a loved one is to allow yourself to express your emotions.   During the days which follows your mind will feel as if you are actually spaced-out.

1. Allow yourself to grieve.
2. Remember it is essential for us to process the loss.
3. Communicate with all family members.

4. Meditate or pray

5. Light a candle and burn sage or incense

You will find yourself happy, then suddenly gushing tears. Why… those memories of your loved one saturate your brain. Then, your entire body seems to give into those memories again. Just allow your emotions to flow and feel free to know that we all spiritual beings.

“It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light.” ~ Aristotle
